Technology Scholarship iPad Giveaways
November 1, 2020 & June 27, 2021
El Paso Young Black Leaders have awarded [19] El Paso High School students with an Apple iPad and smart cover for their hard work and dedication to serving the El Paso community.
Scholarship Requirements:
3.5 GPA or above
Over 150 community Service Hours
Good standing with school counselor
El Paso Chihuahuas Juneteenth Collaboration
El Paso Young Black Leaders had the pleasure of working with the El Paso Chihuahuas to celebrate Juneteenth.
Darius Brown, an El Paso Native-Born and raised, was recognized as the 2021 Black Community Hero of the Borderland.
His dedication and efforts to give back to the El Paso community have not gone unnoticed.
We are extremely proud of him and cannot wait to see what else this young man has planned.
